On Tuesday, TV network FOX announced plans to bring back the much beloved 1960s TV show ‘The Flintstones’ with new series ‘Bedrock’ and Elizabeth Banks is already on board.
Banks is said to be executive-producer on the series and will also lend her voice to the character Pebbles. In the series, which is set 20 years after the original, Pebbles is about to start her career as the Stone Age transitions into the Bronze Age.
The original Flintstones series aired in the 1960s and focused primarily on the adventures of Pebbles parents Fred and Wilma and their neighbours Barney and Betty Rubble.
